Flo Sander is the Founder and Managing Director at iThink Consulting Group since April 2009, focusing initially on research and feasibility studies for hospitality clients in Asia. Over the years, the company has expanded to offer turn-key services, including concept development, interior design, and project management. Before founding iThink, Sander was VP and Head of Hospitality for Asia ex-Japan at Goldman Sachs and Director of Food and Beverages at the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He holds a BoS (Honors) in International Hospitality Management from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne and an EMBA (Distinction) from HEC Paris. His unique skills lie in greenfield opportunities where his creative vision and expert knowledge challenge existing norms, elevating projects to new heights. He is active in various professional and charitable organisations.

Enkhjin Tseveendash is the founder of EDEN Interior Design and a design partner at iThink Consulting Group since January 2024, focusing on Interior Design projects in North Asia. Her portfolio boasts over 150 completed projects across the UK, Japan, and Mongolia, showcasing her commitment to delivering meticulously detailed and high-quality designs tailored to the end user’s needs. With both, a BoA in Interior Design from Cambridge School of Art (First Class Honours) and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Florence Design Academy (First Class Honours) Enkhjin has developed a fine sense for tasteful interiors. With over 9 years of diverse experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential design projects she has successfully led international teams, collaborating with architects and designers from different cultural backgrounds, fostering innovation and producing designs that resonate globally.

Jukkrit Phoenok aka Yung, is the Lead Designer at iThink’s Design team, where he helps shape the spatial language of some of the region’s most ambitious hospitality and experiential projects.

Working with iThink Consulting for over 12 years, Yung is part of a design studio widely regarded among the most forward-thinking creative talents in Thailand, having honed their craft at several globally renowned design studios before bringing their expertise into independent, high-impact work across Asia.

Beyond function, his design philosophy is anchored in longevity. Yung is not interested in fleeting aesthetics; instead, he builds spaces that evolve gracefully over time. Anchored in strong fundamentals while staying quietly attuned to contemporary culture and emerging trends.
